Description :

The fast immersion consumable thermocouple is mainly composed of a temperature probe and a large paper tube. Weld the positive and negative poles of the temperature measuring probe to the compensation wire, which is embedded in a support frame covered by a small paper tube. The hot wire is supported and protected by quartz. The temperature measuring probe is covered by a cover to prevent residues. All components are placed in the tip of the thermocouple and bonded into a whole with refractory filler. Therefore, fast thermocouples can only be used once. The disposable thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of molten steel and high-temperature molten metal. Based on the thermoelectric effect of metal, it works according to the temperature difference between its two sides.
