604 type fast thermocouple is mainly composed of temperature probe and large paper tube. The positive and negative wires of the temperature probe are welded to the compensation wires embedded in the bracket covered by the small paper tube. The hot wire is supported and protected by quartz. The temperature probe is covered with a lid to prevent scum. All components are placed at the end of the thermocouple and bonded together with refractory filler. Therefore, fast thermocouples can only be used once.
