VOC catalyst carrier are typically used in Stationary Engines within Industrial processes or Power Generation to reduce VOC and NSCR(Non Selective Catalytic Reduction) emissions, by coating its surface with a variety of different type of catalysts.


The honeycomb ceramic substrate is made of cordierite material and can withstand high temperatures. The cordierite material matrix is ​​one of the most reliable, environmentally friendly and cost-effective automotive emission control products. It is the core of the three-way catalytic converter. The ceramic catalyst is based on a proprietary catalyst formulation of a precious metal/base metal combination coated on a ceramic honeycomb substrate. After the product is coated with a catalyst, it can be used in the catalytic converter of gasoline vehicles to catalyze, convert and purify exhaust gas, so that the car exhaust can meet the emission standards of Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V, Euro VI and other emission standards of OEM and after-sales markets. .

Thanks to its crystallinity, the thermal expansion coefficient of the crystal formula cordierite is extremely low. Through the high battery density of 400CPSI and 600CPSI, high specific surface area, low pressure drop, fast light-off time and reliable and durable performance can be achieved.

The honeycomb structure with thousands of parallel channels forces the exhaust gas into a turbulent state, so that the contact between the emissions and the precious metals is better, the mass transfer conditions are improved, and the conversion efficiency is higher.
